Shipping policy

At Herobuddy™, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and securely as possible. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States and worldwide.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on customs clearance, local courier processing, or seasonal peak volumes.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's system.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may occasionally be assessed by your local government once the shipment arrives at your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check that your delivery address is complete and accurate during checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at justinebron7@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order so we can adjust it before fulfillment.
